Your responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee internal communications campaigns for Europe to drive employee engagement, change management, and leadership visibility and fostering a positive working environment through transparent communication.
  • Develop content for newsletters, websites, social media and other materials, as well as coordination of photo shootings and video productions.
  • Craft executive communications such as speeches, high quality executive presentations, emails, town halls supported by scripts as well as speaking notes.
  • Align external communications with corporate and local Comms such as press releases, media statements, and interviews and monitor media sentiment.
  • Serve as the lead for crisis communications in Europe, developing and executing crisis communication measures and training, preparing, and continuously monitoring media and social networks.
  • Collaborate and engage with team of regional communication professionals across multiple countries to ensure high-quality, culturally adapted messaging maintaining brand tone and consistency.
  • Manage central communications budget for Europe and oversee agency relationships, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness, and brand alignment.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or similar degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in corporate or regional communications roles in an international context.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing presentation materials (e.g., ppt) and executive speeches.
  • Proven track record to manage internal communications, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams and agency partners.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Hands on approach and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment as well as ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel Europe wide.
