Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of new cylinders, bundles, pallets, and accessories for both new and retested assets
  • Negotiate and maintain price agreements, including for external retesting services
  • Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers and product innovations
  • Handle cylinder and bundle requests from affiliates, including transport organization
  • Oversee stock levels and availability of new and used cylinders
  • Support pricing maintenance and apply negotiation strategies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships across Europe
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, quality, operations) to align procurement with business needs
  • Manage claims and resolve supplier-related issues effectively
  • Coordinate sales activities related to surplus or reusable packaging items

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in industrial packaging and gas-related equipment
  • Proficient in SAP (MM module) and MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
