Your responsibilities:

  • Design and implement smart pricing strategies that align with business goals and drive performance across European markets
  • Turn data into decisions by analyzing sales, profitability, and market trends to uncover opportunities
  • Build and optimize pricing tools, models and dashboards that empower local teams and ensure consistency
  • Collaborate across borders, working closely with sales heads to scale best practices
  • Lead training sessions to equip our sales organization with pricing expertise, tools, and insights to support negotiations
  • Deliver strategic updates to senior leadership, showcasing pricing performance, strategy and market dynamics
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to make data-driven pricing decisions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats in the European market 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pricing or related fields
  • Sound knowledge about pricing mechanics and commercial strategies in the industrial gases industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into strategic insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (incl. PowerQuery and PowerPivot) as well as developing dashboards and pricing tools 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage across functions and geographies
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus
