Your responsibilities:

  • Drive financial planning and analysis to support business growth and long-term strategy
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Customer and Product Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) in SAP for Europe
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through interactive dashboards for senior management and the European management board
  • Champion finance transformation, driving automation and standardization in alignment with our S/4HANA journey
  • Provide financial leadership and strategic support to European business units, acting as a key business partner to drive performance
  • Collaborate closely with regional controllers and finance teams in our European countries to identify and implement financial process improvements

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Master or MBA is preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into strategic insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (incl. PowerQuery and PowerPivot) as well as developing dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Proven experience in Controlling, including Customer and Product Profitability Analysis ( CO-PA) and cost center/ object accounting within SAP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage across functions and geographies
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus
